As members of the Campbell Plaintiffs in the class action lawsuit against CPD which enabled the country’s first community enforced consent decree, our attorneys filed an amicus brief with the Illinois Supreme Court to prevent the FOP from destroying hundreds of thousands of records of CPD violence and other misconduct.
